happy birthday to my sweet ginny...we started the day at the Abby...10 am Matins...thought about my mum and grand mum today...
After Matins we walked along the river to the Tate Britain...lunch and a quick look and we off...
Next stop Covant Garden for a some people watching and a little shopping...ginny really loves to watch the street artists...
this mutt was quick to recognize that this "mum" was an American and immediately launched into a rant about American politics...
we celebrated ginny tonight...in an effort to mark this birthday as something amazing...friend jocelyn "showed up" for ginny's birthday dinner at the Fitzroy Dolls...
the scotts and jerry joined in on the fun...oh how we love the men in our life!
ginny had been instructed to order the last item on the menu (thank you Rita)...spotted dick with vanilla custard...given the crew at the table, this made for great laughter and good fun...here are joce and gin sporting their spotted dick (aka hot muffins)...
